Welcome to Telescore. By accessing or using the Telescore mobile app, you agree to be bound by the following terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. "As Is" Provision & Reasonable Endeavours
This service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we strive to provide accurate, real-time sports data, we operate on a reasonable endeavours basis only. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness, or timeliness of any live scores, statistics, results or schedules provided across any of the sports within the app.
2. No Contractual Relationship
The use of this app is strictly for informational purposes. Your download or use of the app does not constitute a formal contract or professional agreement between you (the User) and the Developer. There are no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the service's fitness for a particular purpose.
3. Verification of Information (The "Check First" Rule)
Data provided by this app should be treated as a guide, not a primary source. You are solely responsible for verifying all information against official sources (e.g. official league websites, club announcements, broadcaster listings, race course or bookmaker websites) before making decisions based on:
Travel & Event Attendance: Including event start times and venue changes.
TV & Streaming: Including broadcast schedules and availability.
Betting & Financial Decisions: We accept no liability for any losses incurred through betting or wagering based on our data.
General Statistics: Any data-gathering for professional or personal projects.
4. Right to Terminate Service
The Developer reserves the absolute right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the service (or any part thereof) at any time, for any reason, and without prior notice. We are not liable to you or any third party should we exercise this right.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Developer shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential loss or damage arising from your use of the app or reliance on the information contained within it.
